Our City Larder Free Range Pork Rillettes consist of a locally sourced free-range pork shoulder. It is then cooked for hours with carrots, onions, celery, garlic, and finally sliced and jarred before being topped with the cooking liquids. This rich spread is best served at room temperature. It can be enjoyed with cornichons and our pickled onions on a thin slice of sourdough.
