This fully-flavoured stock is made the conventional way with Australian chickens.
We slowly simmer the bones with our specifically chosen vegetables and herbs for at least 10 hours, and after that minimize the liquid. The result is a stock with amazing pureness and depth of flavour. Use kindly in risottos, stews, soups and more.
