Red Wine Jus 300G Stock Merchant

Slowly, we reduce our Grass Fed Beef Stock with red wine, a pinch of port, and thyme. This gives rise to a Red Wine Jus that has a remarkable depth of flavour and concentration. Heat and serve over steaks, lamb rack, or other red meat dishes.
