This fully flavoured vegetable stock is made in the traditional way with at less 50% organic vegetables & herbs. we use unblemished, fresh vegetables from the victorian markets. then, we slow simmer them for at most 8 hours before reducing the liquid. this yields a stock that is rich in flavour and intensity. use it in risottos and stews as well as soups. no preservatives, no additives. it’s real food.
