Ingredients
- 750 gram Pork belly (skin removed and cut into 2-3cm squares)
- ½ cup Cornflour
- 2 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 2 teaspoon Sea salt flakes
- ½ teaspoon White pepper (finely ground)
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper (finely ground)
- Vegetable oil (for deep frying)
- Lemon wedges and chilli sauce (to serve)
Instructions
- Combine cornflour, paprika, cumin, coriander, sea salt, white pepper and black pepper in a bowl. Add pork belly to spice mixture and toss until lightly coated.
- Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Deep-fry pork in batches for 4-5 minutes or until golden and crisp. Transfer to a tray lined with paper towel and keep warm. Repeat with remaining pork.
- Serve pork with lemon wedges and chilli sauce.
